Descriptions

Power Intervals: An interval training class with a focus on increasing power and incorporated with sprints and Plyo. Use of dumbbells, kettle bells, tires, sledge hammers and other strengthening equipment. 

Cardio Circuit: Extreme high intensity blast of cardio in a station or group format that will use obstacle courses, plyo boxes, battling ropes, pull up station, slam balls, and jump ropes. 

Powerhouse: Working on strength and speed. A mix of heavy weight circuit training and sprint intervals.

Tap-out: A cardio-boxing class with use of speed & agility courses in between rounds of boxing and martial arts infused routines.

#60: Pure strength and weight training class with the use of barbells.

X-Treme Circuit: An "X-Treme" circuit using, but not limited to, a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises for total conditioning.  

Obstacle Training: Start conditioning your body to love obstacle training and increase your balance, speed and agility with hands on guidance from the trainer as he puts you through a new course each week. Intimidated by Obstacle Courses? Then Wednesday night is your chance to learn the moves because a Beginner level of the class is offered! 

TRX & Core: A total break from heavy weights. This class utilizes the core in every aspect using the TRX bands, core work, while incorporating resistance bands and jump rope. With the use of your core and bodyweight, this class is sure to strengthen and tone, while resting from heavy lifting.

Tabata: Trainers choice of the routine and equipment, but using the Tabata method of 8 sets with 20 seconds on , 10 seconds off... Sure to make the hour fly by!

Boot Camp: A total body work out going back to that old "Boot Camp" style. This class is appropriate for all levels, and the trainer will show modifications when needed! As with all our classes, you can expect a new class routine each week!

B.E.A.S.T Challenge: Every Friday you are a BEAST and the competition is with YOURSELF. Rod will give each participant a small whiteboard, and have a challenge prepared to incorporate Bodyweight Endurance Agility Strength Training. You will mark off each round as you complete it within the 45 minute time frame. All levels are welcome, as it is YOU challenging the BEAST within! 

Basix: A beginner version of many of the fitness routines and modalities. Trainer will focus on form and show proper use of new equipment. A beginner level of obstacle training also offered on Wednesday.
